Power of Affirmations
We wouldn't recommend daily affirmations if there wasn't something really to it. Positive affirmations have been shown to:- lower stress
- help us to respond in a less defensive and resistant way when we’re presented with threats
- be adaptive and makes us more resilient to difficulties when they arise
- help us construct more adaptive, hopeful narratives about who we are and what we can accomplish
